INAUGURATION OF AMERICAN CORNER (P) KID’S CLUB

American Corner Pemba has established an interesting program for Primary school kids known as American Corner (P) Kids’ Club.


This has been a long time request from kids who attend, visit or perform American Corner programs and events.

KIDS’ MOTTO: ‘YES WE CAN’.

OUR OBJECTIVES:

>. To promote the use of English language among kids

>. To develop self esteem, leadership and life study skills among kids

>. To learn and practice English language in a relaxed fun environment

>. To learn about American values/ life among kids.

>. To keep kids organized and united.

AMERICAN CORNER (P) KIDS CLUB

This is a kids club. We wish to make learning English a fun and enjoyable experience for children.

We intend to provide the best teaching environment to learn a language and in a comfortable ways

Our emphasis will be in speaking, writing, listening, reading, games, contests and Fun.

We also plan to offer certificates on the completion of the certain programs and parents will be given regular reports on their Childs’ progress.

OUR LISTS OF ACTIVITIES:

Learning English-Speaking and Practicing English- Making Presentations- Debating Preparing Programs-Films viewing- Book Reporting- Book Discussions-Round Table Discussions-Contests, etc.

MEETING DAY(S): Fridays

MEETING TIME: 4:00-5:45 PM
